Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Nyongaki as a seller or by completing a purchase through a checkout page hosted here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Seller accounts are created by the platform owner and are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
3. The service
The platform provides product pages, a hosted checkout, order records, automatic digital delivery and reporting. It is a technical intermediary: the seller remains the merchant of record for every sale and is responsible for the product sold.
4. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by the payment provider connected by the seller, using the seller's own credentials. The platform charges no commission on sales. Transaction fees are set by the payment provider and vary by currency and payment method; the net amount shown in the dashboard is an estimate based on the published rates.
5. Payouts
Collected funds are held by the payment provider and become available according to that provider's settlement schedule. The platform displays the expected availability but does not hold, transfer or guarantee funds.
6. Delivery, refunds and disputes
Digital products are delivered by email once the payment is confirmed. Refund and dispute policies are defined by the seller and handled between the seller, the buyer and the payment provider. Buyers should contact the seller shown on the purchase confirmation.
7. Acceptable use
- No illegal products, stolen content or material you do not have the right to sell.
- No fraudulent transactions, card testing or money laundering.
- No attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits or other accounts' data.
Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended without notice.
8. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages of third-party payment, email or hosting providers.
9. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. On termination, access to the dashboard stops and stored data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
